ComED SARP Program
When you enroll in the ComEd SARP Program, your Budget Billing amount will be based on the average amount of energy you used at your premise over the previous 12 months, and will be adjusted every six months to accommodate any changes to your usage. The past due balance on your account, prior to enrollment, will be placed in an unbilled special payment agreement, to which SARP Forgiveness credits will be applied.
SARP customers are eligible to remain in the program up to two consecutive years, and receive up to $2,000 in SARP Forgiveness credits, with no recertification required.
